Hey guys, my name is Mike and I have been practicing multiple aspects of YSB for a few years. I have been practicing phoenix mostly, but I have also spent a lot if time with the Daoyin exercises. The 8 qi development and sensetivity exercises have been very helpful to me over the years . I believe that it encourages the listening aspect of the martial side. I also practice the eight healing sounds, which can be helpful for curing disease and recovering from hard workouts and aches and pains. Looking forward to learning and sharing!
